Ghanaian Secondary Schools have suffered the double track system for a while now. The Government put this system in place so that almost every Ghanaian child will have the privilege to go through Secondary school. However, most people have criticized this system because it does not enable the youth to go through school effectively and efficiently. They end up spending little time in school.
