
Ben Fokuo, the head coach of the Black Princesses has confirmed his squad for the match against Ethiopia in the FIFA U20 World Cup qualifiers.
Ben Fokuo’s team is primarily made up of players who compete in the Ghana Women’s Premier League. Doris Boaduwaa of Hasaacas Ladies and Ophelia Serwaa Amponsah of Ampem Darkoa Ladies will lead the onslaught.
After a strong showing in the Black Maidens qualifier against Senegal, Comfort Yeboah and Stella Nyamekye were named to the squad.
Evelyn Badu, Perpetual Agyekum, and Susan Ama Duah, who ply their trade in Norway for Avaldsnes, will be absent from the 22-woman team.
Ben Fokuo and his squad will seek to book a trip to Costa Rica when they face Ethiopia in the first leg on Sunday, March 13th, with the return match slated for two weeks later at the Cape Coast stadium.
