The Kingsley Keep Fit Club was established in 2019 under Ghanaian legislation and immediately began operations by organizing its first health walk and fitness exercise, which drew over 8000 people, largely from the municipality.
Recognizing the importance of ensuring that the population of the Municipality have access to quality health care, the club organized a free NHIS registration drive for the public, with approximately 5000 people signing up to get free healthcare.
The 2nd edition of the Kingsley Maths and Science Quiz, as well as the first edition of the Kingsley Spelling Challenge, were held for all Junior High Schools and Primary Schools in the municipality in order to promote the teaching and learning of Science, Mathematics, and English Language in the municipality.
The club has also built a modern Junior High School in Asiakwa, complete with a state-of-the-art ICT center, a library, a staff common area, restrooms, and other amenities. With the welfare of students in mind, we also supplied lunch for all BECE exam candidates in the municipality last year.
