Prolific songwriter, artist manager and entertainment pundit Mr. Logic is not happy at industry players using young songstress Gyakie as a standard to evaluate other Ghanaian female musicians.
According to him, constant usage of the songstress as a standard may create enmity between her and other females in the industry.
This he said may go a long way to ruin her brand.
He was reacting to claims made by veteran Ghanaian music producer Hammer who is recalled to have said that the ‘Forever’ hitmaker is the standard for female musicians.
“I am not against the young lady, I love her music but let’s stop pushing her as a standard for the females in the industry,” he stated.
Mr. Logic added that female musicians should be empowered to work hard.
He added that Gyakie is still young and upcoming and must admit that she is still in a learning process.
