Nigerian businessman Mr OchaCho has provided another update on the much-talked-about ₦400 million house reportedly gifted to popular content creator Peller, revealing that he will personally hand over the property documents to him ahead of his white wedding.

In a video circulating on social media, Mr OchaCho said the official presentation of the documents will take place on Friday, just one day before Peller’s white wedding.

“I will be giving Peller his documents to his house on Friday, a day to his white wedding,” he said.

According to the businessman, the celebration will continue when Peller arrives in Abuja. He explained that he and his team have planned a special welcome for the content creator, after which they will accompany him directly to his new residence.

Mr OchaCho further suggested that the reported value of the property was insignificant to him and his family, saying:

“When Peller comes to Abuja, we are going to welcome him and take him straight to his house. ₦400 million is nothing; it’s ₦400 to me and my children.”

The latest revelation adds another layer to the growing attention surrounding Peller’s new home, which has generated significant discussion among fans and social media users.

Mr OchaCho’s Son to Celebrate Birthday

Beyond the plans surrounding Peller, Mr OchaCho disclosed that his family has another major celebration scheduled for this week.

He revealed that his son will celebrate his birthday on Thursday, with the family planning to mark the occasion by giving back to members of the public.

According to him, the birthday celebration will include giveaways and assistance with school fees for some beneficiaries.

“My son is having his birthday on Thursday. We will be doing giveaways and paying people’s school fees,” he said.

With Peller’s white wedding approaching, attention is now focused on the expected presentation of the house documents on Friday and the planned welcome for the content creator when he arrives in Abuja.
